I have not received an order confirmation?
If you’ve placed an order but a few minutes after you still haven’t received a confirmation, the following could have gone wrong:
– Your provider possibly scans our mailings as spam and has deleted/moved this to the spambox.
– You have made a typing error in your e-mail address
– You have paid through an automatic direct debit, in this case it can take up to two days for your bank to approve the payment. For which reason you will receive a confirmation e-mail after.

How long does it take before I receive my order?
All orders that are placed on weekdays before 2 PM are shipped the same day. Delivery time varies depending on your location. Here is an estimation of the shipping times:
- The Netherlands: 1 – 2 days
- Europe: 1 – 2 weeks
- Elsewhere: 2 – 5 weeks
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination of the parcel. We handle a flat rate for shipping expenses for each zone. This means you pay the minimum shipping cost to your country. And if your order is larger or heavier we will cover the rest of your shipping expenses. Our flat rates are as followed:
- The Netherlands: € 6.50
- Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom: € 13.00
- Europe: € 18.50
- Elsewhere: € 24.30

Is it safe to pay on this website?
All our payment gateways are provided by Stripe and/or Paypal. These are highly rated and respected companies worldwide for payment solutions. We (Rosie Botanicals) do not receive any of your payment details.
Can I return products?
You have the right to return a product if you wish to do so. Due to hygiene and shelf life we can not accept returns on certain products. None of our products can be returned after they have been used, as we can no longer sell them after this. If you would like to return something please contact us and we will do our best for you.
We will not refund the shipping expenses made for returning the unwanted product. The refund you will receive is for the returned product only, excluding shipping cost.
